We write, test, and troubleshoot the control software that governs the building's automation system. We program the controllers and devices to manage heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and lighting.

We can be part of the initial design phase, collaborating with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate building automation systems seamlessly. We will assess the specific requirements of the building and develop control strategies to optimise energy usage and ensure a comfortable indoor environment.

During the construction phase, we wil oversee the installation of control devices, sensors, actuators, and controllers. We work closely with contractors and technicians to ensure the proper implementation of the control systems. After installation, we perform commissioning tests to verify that the system functions as intended.

We often integrate various subsystems and protocols into a cohesive building automation platform. We work with the major BMS protocols Modbus, BACnet, to ensure seamless communication between different systems.

Once the building is operational, we can provide regular check-ups to analyse data, diagnose issues, and implement adjustments or improvements to optimise system efficiency and occupant comfort. We can conduct periodic maintenance to keep the system running smoothly.

Our role is to help optimise energy consumption within the building. We can identify opportunities for energy conservation, implement energy-saving strategies, and fine-tune control algorithms to reduce waste and operating costs.

In the event of system malfunctions or breakdowns, we will respond promptly to diagnose and resolve issues. We provide technical support to building operators and maintenance staff to ensure the proper functioning of the BMS.

As buildings evolve and technology advances, we can assist in upgrading or expanding the building automation system to accommodate new requirements or technologies.
